Buenos Aires, November 13 (NA) -- Independiente Rivadavia's head coach, Alfredo Berti, has been handed a severe sanction by the AFA's Disciplinary Court following an incident with referee Nicolás Ramírez during the Copa Argentina final against Argentinos Juniors. According to the report filed by the main referee, who also officiated the recent Superclásico between Boca and River, the altercation occurred after he showed him a red card following a collision with 'Bicho' player Hernán López Muñoz, who collided with the coach's leg as he was about to take a corner kick. After the expulsion, 'he enters the field of play and approaches my person in an aggressive and violent manner, looking me in the eyes and shouting at the top of his lungs: "you are a nobody, I would beat you up, what you did is a shame, shameless bastard, son of a thousand whores." Additionally, the tournament champion also suffered sanctions for footballers Franco Maximiliano Amarfil and Alejo Osella with a suspension match for double booking. On the other hand, according to what the Argentine News Agency was able to find out, the sanctions will be fulfilled only in Copa Argentina cross-overs, so all will be able to play in the match on Monday, November 17 against Defensa y Justicia for the last date of the Clausura Tournament. "I'm going to come to your house, you motherfucker," states the report made by Ramírez about the insults from the 54-year-old coach. In this way, the Disciplinary Court decided to punish Berti with a four-match suspension in accordance with Art. 13.1.j) of the Disciplinary Code.
